1. Introduction
Welcome to Road For Chick. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Road For Chick mobile game application and website ("Service"), operated by Road For Chick Team ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18 years old, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service. Please have them read these Terms with you.
If you are a parent or legal guardian of a user under the age of 18, by allowing your child to use the Service, you are subject to these Terms and responsible for your child's activity on the Service.

All game content, including but not limited to characters, graphics, artwork, music, sound effects, and gameplay mechanics, are the property of Road For Chick Team and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5. User Content
Our Service may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("User Content"). You are responsible for the User Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By posting User Content to the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the Service. You retain any and all of your rights to any User Content you submit, post or display on or through the Service and you are responsible for protecting those rights.
6. In-App Purchases
The Service may include virtual goods, currency, or other items that can be purchased for real money. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify, manage, control, and/or eliminate virtual currency or goods at our sole discretion.
You acknowledge that we may change the price for virtual goods and currency at any time, without notice or liability to you. We reserve the right to make changes or updates to, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the virtual goods or currency with or without notice.
7. Updates and Modifications
We may from time to time provide enhancements or improvements to the features/functionality of the Service, which may include patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades and other modifications ("Updates"). Updates may modify or delete certain features and/or functionalities of the Service. You agree that we have no obligation to (i) provide any Updates, or (ii) continue to provide or enable any particular features and/or functionalities of the Service to you.
8. Third-Party Services
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Road For Chick Team. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Road For Chick Team shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Road For Chick Team, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
